45 cl pineapple juice22½ cl lemon juice15 cl vanilla syrup30 cl bourbon30 cl column still aged rum15 cl pear liqueur7½ cl pimento dram
instructions :

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Place several large chunks of ice in a punch bowl, pour in the punch and stir.

Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the surface and serve in punch cups, placing a cinnamon stick in each, if desired. Serves 10.
