1 oz mezcal½ oz Suze½ oz coconut liqueur½ oz lemon juice¾ oz pineapple juice¼ oz simple syrup (1:1)3-5 dashes Angostura bitters
instructions :
Combine all ingredients except bitters and in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Do a slow shake until chilled.
Fine-strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Top with Angostura bitters and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
