1½ oz vodka1 oz lemon juice¾ oz honey syrup (2:1)2 dash orange blossom water1 egg white3 mint leaf2 drop Angostura bitters
instructions :
Shake the first 5 ingredients in a shaker without ice until the egg white is emulsified.
Add the mint and hard shake with ice.
Double strain into a coupe, then add a few drops of Angostura bitters drops on the top.
