1½ peated Scotch1 oz lemon juice¾ oz banana liqueur½ oz cinnamon syrup (1:1)¼ oz yellow Chartreuse4 dashes pimento dram
instructions :
Wrap a banana leaf around the inside of a collins glass, then half fill with crushed ice.
Shake all the ingredients with crushed ice and pour into the glass.
Garnish with grated cinnamon and a cinnamon stick… and if. you have it, a gold coin. Because there’s always money in the banana stand.
