2 oz dry gin¾ oz lemon juice¾ oz simple syrup (1:1)½ oz dry vermouth4 snow peas8 tarragon
instructions :

In a shaker tin, muddle the snap peas and tarragon leaves in simple syrup.
Add the other ingredients and ice, then  shake until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice and garnish.
