1½ oz column still lightly aged rum1 oz jasmine rice syrup½ oz lime juice¼ oz coconut rum¼ oz passion fruit puree
instructions :

Stir all the ingredients with ice.

Strain in a rock glass. Top with a light dusting of cinnamon or sesame seeds.

Jasmine rice syrup

Blend together equal part steamed jasmine rice, sugar and water. Let sit for 10 minutes then strain.
