2 oz rye, preferably Wild Turkey 1011 tsp rich demerara syrup3 dashes Dad's Bitters
instructions :
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with orange and lemon peels

1½ oz Angostura bitters
1 oz Bitter Truth Orange Bitters
1 tsp Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Decanter Bitters
