1 oz absinthe1 oz pandan syrup (1:1)1¼ coconut milk1 egg
instructions :

Dry shake all the ingredients then shake with ice.

Strain and garnish with nutmeg.

Pandan Syrup:

  • 5 pandan leaves
  • 0,5 liter simple syrup (1:1, sugar:water)
  • 1 pinch salt

Blend all the ingredients and use it unstrained. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
