1 oz column still lightly aged Cuban rum¼ oz apricot liqueur1 oz pineapple juice¼ oz lime juice
instructions :

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
Float a lime wheel on the surface.


There’s nothing special in this drink with canned or bottled pineapple juice.

Blend or muddle pineapple dices to extract the juice. Strain to eliminate solids.
