1 oz blanc vermouth1 oz blended lightly aged rum½ oz lemon¾ oz Don's mix½ oz simple syrup2 dashes mole bitters1 top soda water
instructions :
Shake all ingredients apart from soda water.
Strain into a Collins glass and top with soda.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig.
