1½ oz dry gin¾ oz green Chartreuse¾ oz lime juice¼ oz rich simple syrup (2:1)½ egg white
instructions :
Dry-shake all ingredients without ice to combine, then add ice and shake again until chilled and foamy.
Double-strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice and garnish.
