¾ oz mezcal espadín¾ oz blanco tequila¾ oz white cocoa liqueur¾ oz Dolin Génépy1 dash orange bitters
instructions :

Stir all the ingredients together with ice in mixing glass. Strain into a chilled glass, then garnish.

Note: At the bar, Evans soak 1 star anise in overproof vodka, then lights it aflame over the drink before garnishing.
