1 oz cognac½ oz simple syrup (1:1)½ oz lemon juiceChampagne, to top
instructions :
Combine all ingredients, except the Champagne, in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
Strain into a flute and top with Champagne.
Express the lemon peel and discard.
