1 oz Plymouth gin¾ oz Lillet Blanc¾ oz Cointreau¾ oz lemon juice¼ oz simple syruppastis, to rinse the glass
instructions :

Rinse a coupe with pastis and set aside.

Combine all the remaining ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.

Strain into the prepared coupe.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
