1 oz sparkling water¾ oz lime juice½ oz cinnamon syrup½ oz Cheery Heering2 oz blended lightly aged rum1 dash Angostura bitters
instructions :

Pour the sparkling water in a Collins or Highball glass.

Shake all the others ingredients with cubed or cracked ice.

Strain into the glass. Carefully add the ice into the glass to fill.

Garnish with grated cinnamon and mint sprig.
