1 oz rye whiskey1 oz amontillado sherry1 oz pineapple juice¾ oz lemon juice¾ oz simple syrup (1:1)1 dash Angostura bitters1 top soda water
instructions :
Combine all ingredients, except the soda water, in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
