2 oz column still lighty aged rum½ oz lemon juice½ oz passion syrup2 dashes pimento dram1 tsp ginger, grated1 sprig coriander
instructions :
Muddle coriander and ginger with passion syrup. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
Double strain into in a rock glass filled with cracked ice.
Garnish with coriander sprig.
