3 oz amontillado sherry½ oz demerara syrup (2:1)1 orange wheel, 1cm thick and cut in half1 quarter of lemon
instructions :
Add the orange wheel and quarter of a lemon to a long glass and muddle.
Add sherry, demerara syrup and pebble ice. Stir to combine.
Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange wedge.
