1½ oz blended aged rum2 oz pineapple juice1 oz coconut cream1 oz orange juice¼ oz blended aged overproof rum, to float
instructions :

Shake all elements, except the rum to float with crushed ice and pour unstrained into a tall glass.

Add the rum to float and dust with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Garnish with a pineapple stick, cinnamon stick and orange wheel.

Note

You can float with blended aged overproof rum (Hamilton 151 demerara, Plantation O.F.T.D., Lemon Hart 151), lightly aged Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross) or blackstrap rum.
