¾ oz lime juice¾ oz white grapefruit juice¾ oz sparkling water1 oz honey mix1 oz column still lightly aged Cuban rum1 oz black blended Jamaican rum1 oz blended aged Demerara rum
instructions :

Put everything in (3 options):

  • a shaker : except sparkling water, with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
  • a blender : except sparkling water, with 4 oz (½ cup) of crushed ice. Blend at high speed for 2-3 seconds.
  • a drink mixer : with sparkling water, 12 oz (1½ cups) of crushed ice and 4-6 “agitator” cubes (small ice cubes). Flash blend for 3-4 seconds.

Pour unstrained into an old-fashioned glass. If necessary, add more crushed ice to fill.

Garnish with a mint sprig, a rock candy stick or an ice-cone.
