1 oz Amaro Montenegro1 oz coffee1 tbsp heavy cream½ oz coffee liqueur½ oz banana liqueur½ oz demerara syrup (1:1)
instructions :
Combine ingredients in a blender with ice and blend to combine.
Pour into a glass and garnish.
For the whipped cream, combine equal parts heavy cream, Amaro Montenegro and simple syrup in a whipped cream/nitrous canister.
Charge and serve.
