1 oz blended aged rum½ oz apricot brandy1 oz Don’s mix¼ oz lime juice1½ oz pineapple juice½ oz lime juice15 mint leaves
instructions :
Put everything in a blender with 8 oz (1 cup) of crushed ice. Blend until smooth, approximately 10 to 15 seconds.
Pour unstrained into a hurricane glass, a chilled coupe or another tall glass.
Garnish with a mint bouquet, pineapple wedge and a scored lime wheel.
