1½ oz bourbon or rye¾ oz honey or maple syrup4-5 oz hot water
instructions :

Add spirit and honey or maple syrup to a mug. Top with hot water and stir gently to dissolve honey or maple syrup.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cinnamon stick.

Replace whisky with any of dark spirit including aged rum or cognac
