1½ oz Whisky Scotch, blended½ oz St-Germain¾ oz lemon juice1 dash Angostura bitters4 oz ginger beer
instructions :

Build all ingredients in a large mule mug (if you’re fancy enough to own one) or a Collins glass.

Add crushed ice and stir.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and candied ginger.
