2 oz white Cuban rum1 oz lime juice, double strained¾ oz rich simple syrup (2:1)
instructions :

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin, add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a coupe glass.

Riffs :

Tamarind daiquiri

Recipe : 2 oz light rum, ¾ oz lime juice, 1½ oz tamarind syrup and 1 dash Elemakule Tiki bitters (optionnal).

Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass with 1-3 big ice cubes.

Pineapple daiquiri

Recipe : 2 oz Barbancourt rum, 1 oz pineapple juice, ½ oz lime juice, ½ oz simple syrup.

Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.

Pandan daiquiri

Recipe : 2 oz blended lightly aged rum, ¾ oz lime juice, ¾ oz pandan syrup.

Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.
