1½ oz dry gin¾ oz peach liqueur¾ oz lemon juice1 drop orange blossom water1 egg white
instructions :
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake without ice to emulsify.
Add ice and shake again to chill.
Strain into a glass and garnish.
