1½ oz column still lightly aged rum1 oz pineapple syrup1 oz lime juice½ oz curaçao¼ oz absinthe½ oz egg white1 drop vanilla extract1 pinch salt
instructions :
Shake all the ingredients without ice for about 5 seconds, then add ice and shake again until frozen.
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
