1½ oz amaretto¾ oz bourbon (cask-proof)1 oz lemon juice1 tsp rich simple syrup (2:1)½ oz egg white
instructions :

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
Add ice and shake well.
Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel and a brandied cherry.
